Florence – October 25th International Careers between Diplomacy and NGOs
The International Careers in Tour, for its second stage, will land for the first time in Florence, thanks to the bilateral cooperation with Università degli Studi di Firenze! The theme of this second meeting reserved to students and graduates is: Working in Diplomacy and the the world of NGOs – useful tools and tips.
The International Careers Tour will step in all major Italian college cities with the mission of orientation for students who would like to begin an international career. During the Tour, students will have the possibility to get in contact with the real opportunity to access the world of international careers, meeting important diplomatic personalities and delegates from important international organizations. The second stage of the tour will take place on October 25th in Aula Tesi 0.05 – Edificio D15 – Polo delle Scienze Sociali, in Via delle Pandette in Novoli, at 2 p.m.
The event will be an occasion to present the International Careers Festival and to talk, in more details, about two different working paths: diplomatic competition on one hand and a careers in the field of no-profit, on the other, with a more specific look to the complex sector of Non-Governative Organizations. A crucial occasion of networking with experts of this sector and who can give a tangible and practical vision to interested students, with the aim to ease the creation of a bridge the world of opportunities and that of young talented.
This orientation event to international careers is a great chance to get to give a closer look to this professional field and to have a linear vision of which are the steps to do in order to fully access it.
