From March 24th to 27th 2018, Rome will host the third edition of the International Careers Festival, a networking and meeting opportunity between brilliant young minds, institutions, companies, NGOs, and international organizations. For this event, the Eternal City will welcome more than 35.000 participants from 110 different countries.
Multiculturalism, work, internationalization and education - these are the keywords of the Italian event dedicated to youth, employment and internationalization.
The Festival is composed of four main projects from which participants can choose the one most suited to their academic background, professional aspirations or general interest.

Organization: The Giovani nel Mondo Association is an independent, non-profit, non-denominational, and apolitical organization. The Association pursues educational and cultural goals at the national and international level. Its primary focus is assisting and accompanying youth and young adults, between eighteen and thirty years old, on their educational path and encouraging their professional, academic, and socio-cultural growth.

Job description: We are looking for Rome Business Game tutors (www.romebusinessgame.org). They will be in charge of the preparation of the teaching materials to give to the participants, they will coordinate everything with the Director of Programs and the Executive Director, and assist work groups during the event
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Business Game or similar events in Italy and/or abroad
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1). Knowledge of other languages, in particular Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Italian or Russian would be an asset
- Research ability
- Previous experience as tutor/assistant
- Bachelor degree, preferably in economics, marketing or management
