Payments

All students enrolled at universities or high schools (Liceo) within Italy, and for students enrolled abroad who want to take the English test in order to apply for a scholarship, must pay the membership fee of €15,00 in one of the following ways:

Online with bank Transfer thanks to the online system SOFORT-available in the personal area on www.internationalcareersfestival.org
Online with credit card through the portal www.internationalcareersfestival.org in the personal area.
(FOR THOSE STUDYING IN ITALY OR THOSE IN ITALY FROM SEPTEMBER TO JANUARY ONLY) As an alternative, it is possible to pay the fee in cash at a major Italian Universities by giving it to one of our many coordinators and promoters (for further info please send an email to [email protected]).

The Association must receive fees in their entirety. When paying, it is necessary to consider possible commission charges. For all those paying with credit card, 2 euros must be added in order to cover the transaction cost of €15,00.

The conference fee of 250 euros, the accommodation fee of 250 euros and the Festival on Cruise fee of 500 euros can be similarly paid (in a single solution, or in two instalments) in the following ways:

Online bank transfer thanks to SOFORT - available through your www.internationalcareersfestival.org personal area (available when you log in after having created your account)
Online with credit card through your www.internationalcareersfestival.org personal area (available when you log in after having created your account)
if you can't pay with any of the above mentioned methods you can make a regular bank transfer; in this case please write to [email protected] to be assisted

When paying, it is necessary to consider possible commission charges. For all those paying with credit card, 5 euros must be added in order to cover the transaction costs.

In case of payment in two instalments, the fees will be divided as follows:

Conference fee 1st instalment of 150 euros - 2nd instalment 100 euros Total 250 euros

Conference fee + Accommodation fee 1st instalment 300 euros - 2nd instalment 200 euros Total 500 euros

Conference fee + Festival on Cruise 1st instalment 500 euros - 2nd instalment 250 euros Total 750 euros + port taxes

Conference fee + Accommodation fee + Festival on Cruise 1st instalment 600 euros - 2nd instalment 400 euros Total 1000 euros + port taxes

We highly recommend to join the Festival on Cruise package or the Festival Accommodation package at the moment of registration at the Festival in order to guarantee the place, in any case, it will be possible to choose these packages - Festival on Cruise package (post-conference period 16th-23rd of April 2020 or Accommodation package 6th-10th of March 2020) later, after checking availability.

Please note, for those who will join the Festival on Cruise package, port taxes are to be added to the fee and must be paid by bank transfer 30 days before the departure.

We also remind you, in case of participation as delegations each participant will be entitled to a reduction of 20 euros on the costs mentioned above.

We suggest that all our participants pay by using either the SOFORT online banking system or through credit card in order to speed up the process and have it approved instantaneously as well as avoid major transaction costs. However, we realize that this is not possible for everyone.
