Programme

Rome Business Game engages students in 40 hours of pre-conference educational preparation and 40 hours of practical work, during the four days of the Festival, for a total of 80 hours.

Programme

Rome Business Game will take place from the 7th to the 10th of March 2020, according to the following calendar:

1st day: KICK-OFF (Registration, opening ceremony & introduction)

9:00am-12:30pm Registration and opening ceremony

2:00pm-3:30pm Introduction and Team building activity (I)

3:30pm-6:30pm Group work (I)

6:30pm-7:30pm Team Leaders’ election

2nd day: FULL IMMERSION

9:00am-11:30am Brainstorming (I)

11:30am-1:00pm Group work / Expert visit (II)

2:00pm-4:00pm Formal review (I)

4:00pm-6:00pm Group work (III)

6:00pm-7:30pm Brainstorming (II)

3rd day: PROJECT PRESENTATIONS

9:00am-10:00am Team building (II)

10:00am-11:30am Group Work / Expert visit (IV)

11:30am-1:00pm Formal review (II)

2:00pm-3:00pm Brainstorming (III)

4th day: CONCLUSION (Board Approval & Closing ceremony)
